EXTRA GROUP CLASS TIMES CAN BE ARRANGED FOR 2 OR MORE PEOPLE.

Casual visit = $25

 1 session per week for 12 weeks =$265

2 sessions per week for 12 weeks = $445

3 sessions per week for 12 weeks = $565

Sports Plus Fitness offers 55 minute heart-pumping classes for ALL fitness ability levels, from HIIT, super sets, calisthenics, boxing to circuit training, utilising cable machines in conjunction with rowers, spin bikes, dumbbells , treadmills, medicine balls, kettlebells, stationary bikes and even your own body weight to burn the most calories in the safest way possible. Not only will you see changes within weeks of beginning classes, but you will NEVER find yourself bored. We take pride in creating an effective functional, always changing, FUN workout each and every day.
